About the Role
The Affiliate Manager is a growth driver at Quidax, building and nurturing partnerships that drive trading volume and increased brand awareness. The role directly translates into acquiring the right customers and increasing our revenue.
What Youâll Be Owning
Affiliate Program Strategy & User Acquisition
Skill Transfer Strategy: Translate proven high-volume user acquisition playbooks from the gaming industry into a best-in-class strategy for the crypto market.
Targeted Growth: Develop and execute an affiliate strategy focused on acquiring users who are crypto-interested and active traders.
Program Excellence: Make our affiliate program the gold standard in crypto, known for being super fair and driving massive growth through awesome, performance-driven partnerships.
Partner Sourcing & Management
Network Expansion: Rapidly identify and onboard high-potential affiliates and groups who have a proven track record in driving digital adoption and engaged users (whether from the crypto, finance, or gaming spaces).
Gaming Expertise Leverage: Use your existing knowledge and connections with digital content creators, publishers, and communities (especially those with a gaming background) to expand our network beyond traditional crypto circles.
Tailored Success: Provide affiliates with tailored offers and incentives to share with their communities, ensuring they are set up for success and can effectively promote Quidax.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Data-Driven Decisions: Dive deep into affiliate performance data, specifically tracking the quality, conversion, and trading activity of acquired users.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement continuous optimization cycles, using data insights to refine campaigns, offers, and partner strategies, aiming for a significant increase in the overall channel conversion and ROI.
Reporting: Become the go-to person for all affiliate data, providing deep-dive reports that pinpoint growth opportunities and contribute to an increase in overall channel ROI, directly from your insights.
Biggest Challenges Youâll Tackle
Identifying High-Quality Affiliates: Finding partners who not only bring in sign-ups but also attract active traders who generate sustainable revenue.
Staying Cutting-Edge: Ensuring our affiliate program isn't just "good enough" but is constantly ahead of the curve and fiercely competitive in the rapidly evolving crypto space.
Maintaining Engagement: Keeping affiliates motivated and driving results consistently, even during market fluctuations.
Combating Fraud: You'll be constantly on guard, battling fraud to protect payouts and keep the program clean.
Job requirements
Who Weâre Looking For
Proven Gaming Background is Key: You must have strong, demonstrable experience managing affiliate programs, user acquisition, or performance marketing within the gaming industry. You know how to acquire and manage high-volume, digitally savvy audiences.
Business Acumen: You know your way around business metrics, have a track record of crushing targets, and you treat Affiliate Marketing like your own business, always pushing for more.
Communication & Crypto Knowledge: You're great at connecting with content creators and publishers. You're clear as day when you communicate, and while a background in crypto is ideal, a willingness to quickly master the crypto market conversation is essential.
Analytical Power: You're highly competent with analytics tools and know your way around key performance indicators. Show us how you've used data to seriously move the needle in past roles.
Reporting Line
Youâll report directly to the VP of Marketing and have dottedâline reporting to the Commercial and Leadership teams.
