Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Let’s Meet You  Once you send in your application, we’ll send you a short set of interview questions before we meet you officially

Stage 2

WHO-Chat We’ll set up a friendly conversation with one of our recruiters. This is where we learn about your journey, your goals, and what lights you up. Then you get to learn more about us too.

Stage 3

Show Us Your Skills Just to see your sauce, we’ll send you:  - Technical assessments for Tech & Data roles  - A Testlify assessment for Non-tech roles  - A case study challenge to show how you think strategically if you’re applying for a Leadership role

Stage 4

Technical Chat Meet your potential manager or lead. We’ll dig into your craft, your wins, your “oops, I learned” moments.

You’ll also get an interview prep guide before this chat because we want you to be ready for us as much as we are for you.  

Stage 5

Step 5: The Team Chat

Some roles (especially people managers and cross-functional folks) will have one last chat with the wider team.

Why? Because we want to be sure you have chemistry with your future crew.

Stage 6

Culture Chat If we’re a match, you’ll get an offer worth framing. And if it’s not a yes right now, we’ll always try to share feedback. No ghosting here.
