About the Role

The Affiliate Manager is a growth driver at Quidax, building and nurturing partnerships that drive trading volume and increased brand awareness. The role directly translates into acquiring the right customers and increasing our revenue.. 

What You’ll Be Owning

Affiliate Program Strategy & Performance

• Strategy Setup: Get our core affiliate game plan sorted, outlining how we'll get more customers through KOLs and what our immediate goals are.

• Commission Structure: Nail down a sweet commission plan that excites KOLs and fits our budget, making it clear who we want to work with.

• Make our affiliate program the gold standard in crypto, known for being super fair and driving massive growth through awesome KOL partnerships.

Affiliate Relationships & Recruitment

• Onboard high-potential KOLs in the short term, then really ramping it up over the next few months, and finally hitting a robust network of rockstar KOLs over the next 12 months

• Partnerships built on trust:Making our KOLs feel like true partners, creating a supportive vibe where everyone wins.

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Dig into initial KOL performance data, spot quick wins, and share actionable tips with our top partners to boost their game.

• Build a clear, easy-to-use library where all our KOLs can grab the latest content goodies and promo materials they need.

• Develop and implement a continuous optimization loop, leading to a 20% increase in overall affiliate channel conversion rate by fine-tuning campaigns, offers, and partner strategies.

Compliance & Brand Reputation

• Brand Watch: Get a basic system in place to spot any off-brand or non-compliant promotions from affiliates and tackle any major issues right away.

• Roll out a clear, easy-to-understand "Brand Playbook" for all KOLs, aiming for our partners to confirm they've read and understood it.

Budget & Forecasting 

• Get a solid handle on our current affiliate spending, making sure we're on track
  KOL Forecasting: Work with finance to put together initial performance forecasts for new KOLs, predicting their customer acquisition and trade volumes.

• 1 Year:Be the master of our affiliate marketing budget, consistently hitting or exceeding ROI goals and identifying new profitable spend opportunities for significant channel growth.

Reporting & Analysis

• 90 Days - Get a clear picture of our top KOLs' daily/weekly performance (customers, trades, revenue) and share quick insights with the team weekly.

• 90 Days - Gather the top 3 "must-have" and "nice-to-have" improvements for Quidax from the KOLs, then summarize it for the Product team.

• 1 Year:Become the go-to person for all KOL data, providing deep-dive quarterly reports that pinpoint growth opportunities and contribute to an  increase in overall affiliate channel ROI, directly from your insights.

• 1 Year:Product Feedback: Establish a formal channel where KOL feedback directly influences our product roadmap, seeing at least 5 core Quidax product improvements launched that came directly from affiliate suggestions.

Technology & Tools

• 90 days - Get solid feedback from 10 top KOLs and fix 2-3 annoying little bugs in the affiliate dashboard.

• 6 Months - Lock down a roadmap for 2-3 big new features (like better reporting for them), and launch at least one.

•  1 Year -  Make our affiliate dashboard the absolute best, with a big jump in positive feedback, and a possible add  in of some smart AI tips for affiliates.

Biggest Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Finding the KOLs who actually bring in the right customers and get them trading

• Making sure our affiliate program isn't just "good enough" but cutting-edge and competitive. Gotta stay on top of what everyone else is doing.

• Keeping your affiliates engaged, and churning out results, even when things get tough. It's all about keeping them motivated.

• The bad actors are always trying to sneak in. You're constantly on guard, battling fraud to protect payouts and keep the program clean.

• Getting affiliates to create genuinely engaging stuff that stands out, especially in the dawn of  AI

Who We’re Looking For

• You know your way around business metrics, you've got a track record of crushing targets, and you treat Affiliate marketing  like your own business, always pushing for more.

• You've a hang of connecting with others, content creators or publishers . You're great at listening, you can talk crypto confidently, and you're clear as day when you communicate, both in writing and in person.

• You're comfy with analytics tools and know your way around key performance indicators. Show us how you've used data to seriously move the needle in the past.

• Got stories of how you've jumped in to fix tricky situations or found smart ways to boost growth? You're not just ticking boxes; you're always thinking ahead.

• You're familiar with affiliate platforms, excited about using new tech like AI, and can show how you've adapted to past industry shifts.

You’ll report to the VP of marketing and  have report lines to Commercial, and Leadership teams,
