About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphics Designer to shape the Quidax brand through bold visuals and storytelling. You’ll be the creative eye behind our QDX campaigns, designing everything from social posts to product visuals.

This is a role for someone who can translate ideas into designs that stop the scroll, spark conversations, and keep our brand consistent across every touchpoint.

Contract Type
This is a 3-month contract role, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs. Contracts are reviewed at the end of each cycle.

What You’ll Be Owning

Crafting Visual-First Content

• Design eye-catching visuals for social media, campaigns, ads, and the website.

• Develop high-quality graphics for QDX announcements and launches.

• Ensure brand consistency across all assets and touchpoints.

Collaborating Across Creative and Tech

• Work closely with the content and social media team to turn ideas into visuals.

• Support the tech team when needed on UI/UX or product-related visuals.

• Join brainstorming sessions and pitch creative ideas that elevate storytelling.

Driving Engagement Through Design

• Create visually compelling graphics that grab attention and build engagement.

• Adapt and format visuals for multiple social platforms and devices.

• Stay up to date with design trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Biggest Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Turning complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals

• Balancing brand consistency with fresh creativity.

• Designing fast and at scale for a busy, agile team

• Creating graphics that look great across different platforms

What We’re Looking For

✅ You have 4+ years of experience in graphics design.

✅ A strong portfolio with real-world examples of branding, social media, and UI design

✅ Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

✅ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

✅ Excellent communication and feedback-handling skills

✅ Ability to work methodically, manage time, and hit deadlines

✅ A keen eye for detail and aesthetics

These Are Nice to Have, So Not Deal Breakers

• Experience in crypto or Web3

• Experience adapting visuals for multiple social platforms

Reporting Line

You’ll report to the QDX Ecosystem Manager and work with the QDX team to drive ecosystem growth
